Yearly Goals for 2019

Meditate Daily
January: Smoke free
February: steps/jogging/Pushups
March/April: get below 90
Mai-December: Trading


1. Positive at end of year
2. Not a single cigarette
3. Meditate daily at least 20 Minutes
4. Daily 100 push-ups and 100 abdomens after scaling up (April)
5. Weekly 70000 Steps
6. Below 90 Kg - No alcohol and one meal per day until target
