Prep Day 1

 Last cycle of improvements. I will start the preparation by having a three day feast.

Starting with a very bad night, sleeping severely disturbed. Also ate a lot when I woke up, so something has to change.

Today I will have my first day this year of no food. Little to do at work, reading Secret of Secrets and playing the Tower.

10:40 No hunger at all.
