  • Smoked 14:10 - Had a nice chat with the girl from upstairs
  • 14:43 somehow more relaxed but difficult hour with a meeting starts. Ralph just entered the driveway

  • Started meeting about the ESG chapter in the book
  • Very good meeting with Polaris, we could do a partnership

Intermittent Fasting Friday

Today I will meditate for at least 30 minutes at lunch
Then I will do my 10k steps
I will not eat or drink alcohol the whole day
09:27 Calm Calm - Wanted to go to A but postponed for Thursday as it's still cold
13:21. Had a wonderfull morning. Reading for the whole time on my kindle a book about a nun to went in Tich Nat Han's French monastery. Then meditated for 30 minutes. Right after the meditations I went for my usual 10k walk. Meditation opened tremendously my perception, looking at faces, animals, buildings. Everything is so beautifull. Came back an continue with my reading. Reduced Iqos to one every fourty minutes and also inhaling twice between puffs. Works miracles.

Water Fast Day 3

Really easy day, not much hunger, but toughts about quitting are arising wich I have to suppress.
Biggest obstacle is B tomorrow lunch. Will have to think how I handle it.
I'm also not doing much at work as not much energy. Discussed with Gruenbichler my trip to Kaufering next Wednesday
House is in a mess as we are repainting everything
Stock market slowly coming back, two more days like this and I'm even.

Water fast day 2

Woke up with a lot of energy and no hunger at all.
Belly still big
Will take A to the railway station at 8:50 then go to the office
At noon will pick up the phone
4 calls today, last one ending at 21
Update 14:57 > Slight headache, otherwise not hungry at all.

Water Fast Day 1



It's my second attempt at water fasting this year. The goal is to do it until I reach my target weight of 90 kgs, which ist still more than 10 kg away.
It's Monday the first weigh in should be on Sunday morning
This week is tricky as we have Mr. Vasile in house and there is booze and stuff.
I'll buy lemons, Cola Light to ensure I have things to drink
My drinking and eating got out of control, so I really need to do something to get a beach body back.
Also meditation should be the focus as I'm settling down now.
Today, challenge is to fast, especially in the evening.
I'll update progress periodically so I have a good log.
10:46 Not hunger, just the need for cigarettes. Though of going to a tra. New Iphone on the way. 3703 steps done so far
11:16 No hunger, preparing to go to a 1 hour walk to get my steps done
12:41 No hunger, just thirst. Went out for a walk, usual route, and completed the 10k steps. Now wait for the call. Talked to B and something moved inside me. Feel bloated, don't like my body, will look this trough and then the year is done!!!
12:48 TK is back, finished looking at Netflix. Waiting for the Monday call
14:30 Past morning call, no hunger at all. Good chat with R. Tomorrow maybe HARD
18:51 Getting really hungry and quite depressed. House looks like a mess. Need to focus and breath deeply. Vasile in the house, it will be really difficult.
