Today I will meditate for at least 30 minutes at lunch
Then I will do my 10k steps
I will not eat or drink alcohol the whole day
09:27 Calm Calm - Wanted to go to A but postponed for Thursday as it's still cold
13:21. Had a wonderfull morning. Reading for the whole time on my kindle a book about a nun to went in Tich Nat Han's French monastery. Then meditated for 30 minutes. Right after the meditations I went for my usual 10k walk. Meditation opened tremendously my perception, looking at faces, animals, buildings. Everything is so beautifull. Came back an continue with my reading. Reduced Iqos to one every fourty minutes and also inhaling twice between puffs. Works miracles.
