For the second Half of the year I have following goals:
Development
1. Get to 75k in trading or 4k in profits per month. No single month negative
2. Meditate daily
3. Give up smoking
4. Go to 90 kg
5. Bill Gbh at least 5k EUR per month
Comportamental
1. Be kind as much as you can
2. No more trans, not a single time
I'll start the second half with a four day fast.
In review the first year was ok.
1. 30k in trading - first time in history where I was so successfull
2. Switched car on company
3. Had one 4 day fast
4. No infight
Negative
Lost discipline on meditation and especially alcohol. This must be fixed asap
